No. The mobile app for parents and teachers is, and always will be, free. The subscription is paid by the school.
How quickly can we get started?
In no time. You give us an email and we send you your login details. You add your classes, children, parents and teachers, and they connect with their mobile number and a temporary code.
How is the price set?
It depends on the size and needs of your school. The subscription is monthly or annual, with a discount on the annual plan. Ask us for a quote.
We already use another platform. Can we switch?
Yes. You can start with attendance and alerts and move everything else over when you’re ready.
Koukoutsa takes its name from the Greek word for peekaboo, the game we all played as children. It was started in 2025 by a group of concerned parents, with one goal: that no child is ever forgotten.
